How do I report a listing or user?
Open the listing → tap ⋯ (top right) → Report and choose a reason. Repeated reports hide a listing automatically, and every report is reviewed. You can also Block a seller there — blocking hides their listings and prevents new chats both ways.
How do I delete my account?
Profile → Settings → Delete account. Deletion is immediate and irreversible, and removes your listings, chats, photos, and reviews. Details in the privacy policy.
How do trust tiers work?
After a trade, both sides can leave one review. Points from reviews move you up the ladder: quokka → bilby → koala → wombat → wallaby → kangaroo. Tiers are computed server-side and can't be edited by anyone.
Is my location shared?
Only an approximate (~1 km) location is ever uploaded — rounding happens on your phone before anything is sent. Meet in busy public places and inspect items before paying.
Safety tips
- Meet in public — shopping-centre entrances work well.
- Inspect before you pay; prefer cash or instant transfer you can verify.
- Beware "overpayment"/PayID scams — no legitimate buyer overpays and asks for a refund.
